Woven patches are able to capture better detail than embrodiered patches while still utilizing thread only. They have a flatter feel than embroidery and the colors of the weave make the logo or design form during the weave process. A merrowed edge is commonly used for woven patches. Merrowed edges contain an embroidered thread that wraps around the raw outer edge of the patch material, which gives the patch a clean final look.

Lasered Leather patches are a premium option for showing off your custom logo, as they are etched with a laser machine, essentially burning your logo into the leather face.  They are perfect for a long-lasting, luxurious look. Using laser technology allows us to produce high quality patches with intricate details and crisp edges. It's also a great option for those who are looking for something unique - your artwork will be completely bespoke!

 

Printed (or sublimated) patches are  a great option if you’re looking for vibrant colors and longer lasting patches. This process allows us to print on the patch material directly, allowing for more detailed artwork and brighter colors than traditional embroidered patches.  The inks are also embedded into the fabric, which prevents fading or cracking over time. Sublimation printing is an ideal choice for colorful designs with intricate details.

Embroidered patches can be a great option when you’re looking for a classic look. With embroidery we can create moderately detailed patches with raised, dimensional thread elements and designs – all while maintaining the traditional style. Embroidered patches are not a great option if your design has a lot of detail.
